You can pay using GPay or Paytm at +91 8700543402. The payment should be made within 6 hours of placing the order. The order will be confirmed after receiving the payment. If the payment is not received within 6 hours, the order will not be processed even if you have received the order confirmation email.

We endeavour to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the best condition, and on or before the committed timeline.

Delivery Timeline: Your product should reach you within 3-6 working days however, the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address.
Shipping Fee in India: Free shipping on cart value of Rs 1000 or above. Alternately, flat Rs 99 will be charged as shipping fee if the cart value is less than Rs 1000. This shipping fee is non refundable.
International Shipping fee: Free international shipping on cart value of Rs.15,001 or above. Alternatively, flat Rs. 2,500 will be charged as shipping fee if the cart value is less than Rs. 5,000. Flat Rs. 4,000 will be charged as shipping fee if the cart value is between Rs. 5,001-10,000. Flat Rs. 6,000 will be charged as shipping fee if the cart value is between Rs.10,001-15,000.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call us or mail us at creations.ad2019@gmail.com mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns & Refund Policy

Once delivered, none of the purchased items can be returned in any condition apart from the exception detailed below.
We take utmost care in ensuring that our valued customers receive the correct product in best condition. However, in exceptional cases wherein a customer receives a product different from the one ordered or receives the product in damaged condition, he/ she can either call us at +91 8700543402 or email us at creations.ad2019@gmail.com for a replacement product. No refunds will be made in such cases.
In order to be eligible for a replacement, the customer should make a video while opening the parcel and share with us at +91 8700543402 or creations.ad2019@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled by AD iCreations or the customer (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to the location mentioned at the time of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy

AD iCreations reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either call us at +91 8700543402 or email us at creations.ad2019@gmail.com stating the order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
